One of the many perks of working from home. Supporting small businesses every week. I come to this local spot at least once a week for a chicken gyro and some fries and if my wants wants a normal gyro, I grab one for her too. Such great food.

Cold weather - 1 My house pipes - 0 Basement is damp, but luckily it is mainly in the unfinished side. Floor cutting, and emergency plumbing repair to be done today.

@TheJoeySwoll so, next year I want to work on my overall health. I need to lose some weight. I’ve been slowly working my way back into the gym and plan on grabbing a trainer next year when work benefits make me eligible. I have heard differing opinions on cardio before doing 1/2

Lifting exercises. A trainer I worked with previously said to do enough just to get my heart rate up to maximize the energy output? While others say dont waste the energy on a cardio warmup but rather do it after. I’ve subscribed to your newsletter and wanted your opinion. Plz
