Georgia high school students stage a fight to bait their principal to break it up, so they could sing him happy birthday. Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School principal Bobby Davis was seen sprinting to the fight to break it up. After Davis ripped the prank fight apart, the students started singing happy birthday. "He single-handedly changed me for the better, and he knows I could never take it for granted," said the student who came up with the idea. "the things he’s done during my time at LFO are truly memories i’d die with. i was so happy to come up with this idea and do it for him."

🚨 INVESTIGATIVE REPORT: JAMES TALARICO HAS SOME EXPLAINING TO DO - MILLIONS IN TAXPAYER-FUNDED CONTRACTS, PRIVATE INCOME, AND A NEW LLC I’ve been digging into Texas Democratic Senate candidate James Talarico’s financial history, and I have some questions about where taxpayer money was going and who was benefiting from it. Let me break this down so everyone understands… From 2019 through 2025, James Talarico worked as a paid consultant for a company called MAYA Consulting, now known as VIDA Collaborative. During that same time, Talarico was serving in the Texas Legislature, including on the House Public Education Committee, which deals with matters involving the Texas Education Agency (TEA). THE SAME STATE EDUCATION AGENCY WAS AWARDING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN CONTRACTS TO THE COMPANY PAYING TALARICO. We’re talking about approximately $5.16 MILLION in TEA contracts, plus additional money the consulting firm received from individual Texas school districts. And according to Talarico’s own financial disclosure, he reported $83,333.40 in income from MAYA Consulting for 2025. This means that James Talarico was a Texas lawmaker helping make decisions about public education. But at the same time, he was receiving private income from a company doing millions of dollars in business with the state’s education system. Hello? I certainly want to know what he was being paid to do, whether he had any involvement in those government contracts, and how potential conflicts of interest were handled. But wait, there is more. In September 2025, shortly after announcing his Senate campaign, Talarico formed a company called Nine Banded LLC. His federal financial disclosure identifies him as its managing member and describes the company as inactive during the reporting period. What was the purpose of this company? Has it received any money since its formation? And is it connected to any of his political or private business activities? I want to know. So I have submitted a Texas Public Information Act request to the Texas Education Agency demanding the records involving MAYA Consulting and its government contracts. I want to see the contracts, invoices, payment records, names of the people who performed the work, and any documents addressing potential conflicts of interest. Most importantly, I want to find out whether James Talarico personally performed any work connected to those taxpayer-funded contracts, whether any of that money paid for his services, and whether his position in the Texas Legislature created any conflicts. Talarico’s campaign and the consulting firm have, of course, denied wrongdoing. They maintain that he did not work on or receive compensation from those government-funded contracts. If that’s accurate, the records should help us understand how his private consulting work was kept separate. And if they refuse to send the records… I think we can put two and two together. The public records already establish that Talarico received private consulting income while his employer held millions of dollars in public education contracts. James Talarico, I think Texas taxpayers deserve a very simple explanation: What exactly were you being paid to do, and how can you demonstrate that your private financial interests were kept separate from your responsibilities as an elected official? These are taxpayer dollars we’re talking about. Public officials should expect scrutiny when their private employers are receiving MILLIONS from government agencies. STAY TUNED. I’m waiting on responses from the TEA.

Officials say 6,600 non-citizens registered to vote, but we all know that’s just scratching the surface. And 400 actually cast their vote? This isn’t a glitch, it’s a system designed to fail us. How much more proof do we need? 👀

At a recent comedy show, Sebastian Maniscalco had an issue with an audience member This phone footage does not really show what the audience member did to get removed, but clearly they were warned several times It takes a lot to get a comedian to ask security to intervene, this person must have really hit the heights Comedy shows are to be laughed at, nothing should be serious enough to warrant interrupting the performance People who do not care for the material should be adults and just leave, there is no need to have 1400 people inconvenienced because of one person's point of view It is good to see that this disruptor was safely removed from the show without harm to anyone @SebastianComedy

PHILADELPHIA POLICE RELEASE OFFICIAL DETAILS OF DEADLY SHOOTING THAT KILLED OFFICER SHANE SEIBER; SUSPECT IDENTIFIED The Philadelphia Police Department has released an official statement detailing the events surrounding the fatal shooting of Officer Shane Seiber and the wounding of his partner in West Philadelphia early Saturday morning. According to police, the incident began at approximately 12:17 a.m. on October 10, 2026, when two officers assigned to the 19th District responded to a report of a person with a gun at 140 North 52nd Street. While investigating, the officers encountered a man on the porch of the property. Police say a struggle ensued, during which both officers were shot. Responding officers arrived to find both officers unresponsive on the porch. Fellow officers immediately transported them to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center for emergency treatment. Tragically, Officer Shane Seiber, 40, was pronounced dead at 9:04 a.m. as a result of his injuries. Seiber joined the Philadelphia Police Department in September 2016 and had served in the 19th District since January 2018. He leaves behind his wife and two young children. His partner, a 33-year-old officer, has served with the department for nine years and has been assigned to the 19th District since December 2018. He was shot 12 times and was last reported in stable condition. Police confirmed that additional gunfire occurred following the initial encounter, prompting authorities to declare a barricade situation. SWAT personnel responded and ultimately took Eric Lewis, 35, into custody. Lewis was transported to a hospital for evaluation before being taken to the Homicide Unit for further investigation. Authorities say Lewis faces charges of murder, attempted murder, and numerous related offenses. The Philadelphia Police Department confirmed that its Homicide Unit is continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting. Officer Seiber dedicated a decade of his life to serving and protecting the people of Philadelphia. His death leaves behind a grieving family, fellow officers, and an entire community mourning his loss. Our thoughts remain with Officer Seiber’s family and his wounded partner as he continues his recovery. The information released by police is preliminary and subject to change as the investigation continues. Lewis is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law.

🚨 JUST IN: Tom Homan tells Ugandan Mayor Mamdani to SHOVE IT, he's NOT pulling ICE out of New York City under any circumstances "He can scream and yell ALL HE WANTS. He's NOT gonna stop us from doing this job." "I don't know what color the SKY is in Mamdani's world, but ICE ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE!" 🔥🔥🔥 "We're gonna be in New York City, we're gonna be in New York State, we're gonna KEEP enforcing the law — that's why President Trump is in the OVAL OFFICE." Mamdani is more outraged about a known illegal alien criminal being injured than one of his own NYPD detectives getting ST*BBED by illegals mere days ago. Let that sink in. A mayor has no power to kick ICE out! Mamdani picked this fight, and he's going to LOSE. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

OFFICER SHANE SEIBER IS DEAD, AND THE MAN CHARGED WITH MURDERING HIM REPORTEDLY HAS A LENGTHY ARREST HISTORY. Police say Eric Lewis ambushed two officers on a porch, killing Seiber, a father of two, and putting his partner in the hospital with 12 gunshot wounds. How many chances does the system give a man before he kills a cop? Philadelphia owes this officer's family answers.
🚨 This is the culture of rot that soft-on-crime Democrat policies have normalized. Two Philadelphia officers took 15 bullets. One father is dead. Progressive DAs cannot spend years demonizing police and then expect them to run toward every gunshot. My convo with @kevincorke.

Larry Krasner needs to answer for this. His office pursued first-degree murder charges against Officer Mark Dial—charges many viewed as excessive—while withdrawing this homicide case. Who made that decision, and what evidence or legal reasoning supported it? Why was this defendant back on the streets? It appears he killed again, the public deserves a full accounting of what happened, when officials knew it, and why they acted as they did. Krasner cannot demand maximum punishment for police officers while refusing to explain why a potentially dangerous defendant was released. Accountability must apply to everyone.
Alleged Cop killer not only should not have been out on the streets he also worked for the city of Philadelphia! How does that work?

You’re welcome, @CBSPhiladelphia. Glad I could help. I commented asking why the killer of Officer Shane Seiber was a current city employee who Krasner already let off after a homicide arrest. Then you published that Eric Lewis was a Philadelphia Water Department employee. He was free — on the city payroll — until he allegedly ambushed and killed Officer Seiber and shot another officer 12 times. Public records. I have said it for years: Krasner’s policies put blood on his hands. #PastProvesPresent #WeAreTheNewsNow #Krasner
