Regarding Vasco SFX Hate speech case
As promised by Hon'ble Chief Minister Goa Dr Pramod Sawant, prompt action has been taken by the government in this case. Based on an input by Goa Police, Himachal Pradesh Police has detained the main accused Gautam Khattar in Kullu distt this evening. A team of Crime Branch will soon take over the custody of the accused and he will be brought to Goa.

State Level Conference of Director Generals/ Inspector Generals of Police was held under the chairmanship of Chief Minister, @DrPramodPSawant at Panaji. The Conference was organized by @Goa_Police.
During the conference Chief Minister launched two projects namely E-Zero FIR Module for Cyber Financial Fraud Cases and PRISM ( Proactive Risk Identification & Surveillance Mechanism) Intelligent Fusion Center.
The conference was attended by Chief Secretary of Goa, Dr. V. Candavelou, IAS, Director General of Police, Shri Alok Kumar, IPS, Inspector General of Police, Shri Keshav Ram Chaurasia, IPS, along with Collectors, Superintendents of Police, Heads of Departments, key stakeholders, and senior officials of the Goa Police.

It is concerning that despite repeated alerts, many citizens in Hyderabad are falling prey to Fake Traffic Challan scams. We are observing a sharp rise in these cases recently.
Fraudsters are sending phishing links via SMS. Once clicked, these redirect to fake websites that look identical to the official government portal. Believing them to be genuine, citizens are entering their details and getting their bank accounts emptied instantly.
BEWARE:
• Govt sites end with .gov.in or .org.
• Never pay via SMS links.
• Verify only on the official e-Challan website.

Received 2 SMS within 3 days. Both start with 96782 & claim I got some traffic challan. 2 different https, apparently secure URLs. I didn't jump to open the link. Instead reported on sancharsaathi.gov.in/sfc/Hom… portal. Did you report any on #chakshu ?
