Coaches 💯 do have favorites!
The favorites tend to be those players that:
Work hard
Show up on time
Don’t complain
Do their job
Are consistent
Do extra
Contribute to good culture
Show early & stay late
Take care of their bodies
Do all the little things right
Are tuned in to their mentality
Are great teammates
Can trust
Are consistent
Yup, said that one twice!
It’s vital
