Today is World Cancer Research Day, recognizing the discoveries driving progress in #cancer care. Across SOTIO’s ADC platform, one focus of our research has been expanding the therapeutic window of these therapies. The therapeutic window is the dose range of a medicine that provides effective therapy and avoids serious side effects. A wider therapeutic window means more flexibility in dosing and a larger safety margin. Our research aims to expand our ADC candidates’ therapeutic windows by innovating in target identification, linker technology, and antibody design – with the end goal of creating safe and effective therapies for cancer types with very few treatment options today. SOT106 has received two additional designations from @FDA: Orphan Drug Designation for #SoftTissueSarcoma and Fast Track Designation for #Osteosarcoma. Today we announced the @EPOorg Boards of Appeal have upheld European Patent EP 3 444 271 B1, confirming intellectual property protection for SOT201, our next-generation PD-1-targeting immunocytokine. SOT201 is currently being evaluated in our Phase 1 VICTORIA-01 study in patients with advanced solid tumors.
