One of the most important things about mental health is realising that you don't have to fight it alone. That there are people that wants to support you in getting better. @Kaisecho is the biggest impact for me on that journey. She introduced me to such amazing people. I was able to smile again. I was able to laugh again. To see colours again. To look forward to the next day instead of wanting there to not be one. Out of nowhere, when I'm at some of my worsts again. You give me such a wonderful gift that tears on my heart and makes me cry happy tears. Every day. I wake up being grateful to everything that has changed since meeting you. Every day your goofiness makes me almost snort while laughing. Thank you for being my best friend 🙏 🙇‍♀️ 😭
