This is a lovely podcast by @SNathaniel24 & school students. Having the children narrate really makes an impact. Incredible research 🙏open.spotify.com/show/033uTY…
The Battle of the Boar's Head podcast is live! Researched & recorded by Worthing schoolchildren, I'd love to show them that these local stories have a global audience. Listen, share, & comment telling us where you're listening from. open.spotify.com/show/033uTY…? @CWGC @OldFrontLinePod
New @cwgc resource I've created for schools for the 110th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme explores the experience of JRR Tolkien and his friends during that campaign and the subsequent effect on his life and writing. Download link in comments.

It was such a wonderful experience to spend time with these students and talk to them about the Southdowns Battalions at Richebourg. Thank you @SNathaniel24 & @CWGC!
Genuinely, one of the best projects I have ever worked on. Listen to the trailer & subscribe to hear the podcast on the 29/6. It promises to be very special. All welcome to the launch event & exhibition at Worthing Town Hall on the 29th June at 2pm. @CWGC @sommecourt

We had such fun recording this podcast. You can hear the podcast in full on the 29th June. Link in the article. Thank you so much @sommecourt, the kids were delighted to meet you and we could have listened to you all day! @CWGC
I was honoured to work with @CWGC and be asked to speak with the students at these Sussex schools about their work to remember the Worthing lads who fell in 'The Day Sussex Died' in 1916.

Amazing work by Year 1 @AnnecyFamily in Seaford. I visited to support their learning around Remembrance and was really impressed by their knowledge, questions and empathy. Lovely to see schools introducing this topic early on. @CWGC
Quick @cwgc Remembrance update, now the dust has settled on a very busy couple of weeks. 1300 young people spoken to, 10 school workshops, 3 assemblies, a really special cemetery visit at Hawkinge on the 11th itself plus a couple of talks and 2 Remembrance services.
This week we've sent out the first @cwgc Education Newsletter. This Remembrance edition signposts our Remembrance resources alongside news & updates on all our education programmes. You can read the newsletter & sign up by following the link in the comments. Please share.
Lovely #BlackHistoryMonth event at @CWGC Seaford Cemetery with the lovely Y6 students of @AnnecyFamily We remembered the 19 soldiers of the BWIR we commemorate here.
Our Heritage Open Day event in Canterbury exploring the work and legacy of Sir Herbert Baker, one of our principal architects, was very successful.
Thanks to all who came along and supported the event
