#BREAKING: The US Department of Justice has launched an investigation into MLB insider Jeff Passan’s coverage of the LA Dodgers, per sources.
I’m told Passan has been aware of the Dodger’s financial fraud for years, but has failed to report it to the authorities. Now, the DOJ is looking to file charges of misprision of a felony against Passan.
Sources say that a monetary payoff by the Dodgers may have been in play to keep Passan silent.
