It's the first day of meteorological winter! ❄️☃️ Try adding layers of clothing to stay warm as temperatures drop.
Make sure you & your loved ones are bundled up appropriately to avoid frostbite and hypothermia.
Here's a quick guide to use depending on the weather ⤵️
ALT Adding layers will help keep you warm as the temperature drops. When it's chilly, wear 1-2 layers on top including an outer layer. On bottom, wear a long layer and warm shoes. When it's cold, wear 2-3 layers on top, including gloves, a warm hat, and an outer layer. On bottom, wear 1-2 layers, including boots. In extreme cold, wear 3+ layers on top, including a warm hat, face mask, gloves, and an outer layer.
