LVMPD Officer Antonio Chavez was arrested and booked into the Clark County Detention Center for the following charges: Theft ($25k – $100k), Burglary of a Business (4 counts), and Perjury. Chavez has been employed with LVMPD since 2020. He is assigned to the Community Safety Division, Northwest Area Command. Chavez will be placed on suspension of police powers without pay pending further investigation.

The notion of trustworthy AI is non sequitur. AI cannot be trustworthy or untrustworthy. Trust implies the presence of a mind that has a model. LLM is token prediction, there is no model, it can't lie or be truthful, it's just says what is most likely. This means the mostly likely code output can be wrong. And if you ask it if it's wrong, the most likely output is that it's wrong. This is not because it knew better and chose wrong. It didn't know it was doing the wrong thing, because it doesn't know anything. It did the wrong thing because it was most likely, and if you ask it why it's wrong the it will answer the most likely reason it's wrong. This apparent contradiction looks like a lie, and it would be, if it had a mind. Which it doesn't. Hope this helps. #ai #vibecoding #llm
