Update: cancelled 3 months ago and still being charged with no help or refunds for two memberships! 😡
The cancellation process at @MassageEnvy is brutal. Cancelled 2 months ago and STILL being charged for a membership. Visited the location, called and emailed and no one can seem to help me cancel successfully. Wtf.
