Work can have a huge impact on mental health. It can be good for our health, giving a sense of purpose, boosting self-worth, and providing opportunities to connect with others. It can also be a source of stress and anxiety and contribute to worsening mental health problems.

October's Staff Spotlight is Lucy Kemp.  Lucy joined @SLDSltd in July 2022 and has progressed to Lighting Engineer within the company.

Last week @SLDSltd were visited by the @TRTLighting Limited Demonstration Van, to showcase to staff their lighting products. It was enjoyed by all and very informative. Thank you!
