A truck driver on the Van Wyck Expressway accuses another driver of intentionally causing a crash, because he is an insurance scammer.
"Ustedes son un ladrón" => "You are a thief."
The truck driver tells him to call an accomplice who left in a different vehicle, urging the group to get real jobs instead of looking for trouble.
The scammers ended up leaving the scene.
The footage combines scenes of the driver confronting the scammers, with dashcam footage showing traffic and the vehicles stopped on the shoulder.
