Any Junior or Senior power lifter with a license who could help us unload a van full of equipment at SJ in 20 minutes would be appreciated!

The weight room will be open over break both weeks, tues-thurs, from 8-10 AM

Weight room hours over thanksgiving break: Friday, 8-10 AM

Due to the start of classes and meetings, the weight room hours will shift to 2:30-5:00 starting Monday.
