⚠️Heat Advisory has been extended through Thursday for the interior due to hazardous heat and limited recovery. Stay hydrated, take breaks in the shade, and never leave people or pets in unattended vehicles! #CAwx

ALT A Heat Advisory has been extended through 10 PM Thursday for the inland Bay Area and Central Coast through Wednesday due to high temperatures in the middle 90s to near 105. Mild overnight lows and weak onshore flow will limit overnight relief. Drink plenty of water or sports drinks, shift outdoor activities to cooler times of the day, take frequent breaks in air conditioned spaces or the shade, and never leave people or pets in unattended vehicles!
