The girls team performed VERY well today as a team at Regionals!
16th overall, several spots higher than expected. 6 of 7 girls had PRs, including Macey Robbins (52nd, 19:48 - 5 sec from SHS record!) & America Leon (56th, 19:55), who ran sub-20 with 1 shoe 👀
Terrific season!
Mr. Veach is going to STATE!!!
15:38 for 12th place overall, and now the 2nd fastest boy XC runner in school history (just 2 seconds away!)
Shia is the first XC runner from SHS to make it to state since record-holder Sean Hudson went in 2003!
