For me, It’s not as simple as making money into more money. It’s buying a lifestyle where ‘Work’ is as good as possible for the next 15-20 years. What’s your preferred day to day? Start a business that allows you to do that time and time again.

I’m aware my lack of posting regularly this past couple months has shot my algo. I need to connect with my network Specifically Those who have purchased land Applied for land development planning permissions Are in the camping/glamping/ resort development space. Please drop me a DM. I give a lot I ask for little. 🙏

Elite buying window about to open No not the latest timing the market nonsense. Each year the masses dream of a summer move. 3 months of faffing means you need an early spring buy to achieve this. Each week now a stack of potential buyers. Your main residence group give up for another year. So….. as a buyer you just gained an edge. Remember this, tell the agent why you are a great option and be brave with the offer. Each week not the odds lean in your favour.

£192.68 House completely trashed by renter Condensation based damp, garden left to ruin, carpets scorched, doors broken and paint scratched off. Over £5000 worth of repairs for a 1 year tenancy. Went through all the correct channels to try and at least keep the deposit towards the bill I have had to cover. I’m told I was lucky to get anything. I was warned to just drop it and not chase the deposit due to how much the ‘unbiased’ panel side with renters most of the time. I thought screw it out of principal. Turns out I got screwed. Win some lose some. Stings a little but we go again.

Not great for him, great education for us from Rob @PropertyHubUK in their most recent pod. Honestly it scared the life out of me and I double checked and made sure I was landlord insured all round. Your loss would have hit me hard. Thanks for the share.

“ Why houses?” Why not. “But you could make more money this way” Cool “Stocks are better!” Maybe There are many ways to get rich. Houses have worked great for me in the phase of my life I was all in on a certain method. I dabble in other investment areas sure. But with money made from houses.

Spoke with a friend today thinking of buying a coastal house. My advice and framework Buy a house you and your family will use and make memories in. Make a bit of cash renting in the voids. Could he have made more money with other investments….. yes But a lifetime of family good times…. Priceless.

Funniest thing happened to me 2 years ago. Picture it Me, always preaching the self managing strategy to be in control and save costs. First thing that happened when I employed an agent They told me I could command more rent, immediately covered their fee. Crazy times and I stood corrected instantly. Get a quote from a renting agent. You can always say no. Hands down a life changing decision

If showing a house currently make sure you either spend some time or money on Landscaping. Often forgotten, in the summer months your buyers are dreaming of those summer days and nights. Show them the dream. Simple things Ensure lawns are mowed Rake your stones Get rid of weeds Stage with chairs and a table Sell the summer dream

So much change in the way property is held and managed in recent years. All against the landlord of course But It is still THE number one way to build wealth Not just for the rich For those of us who want to get rich. 👇

Are stocks a solid option Absolutely But you need to hold a long time if your new or an index guy like me. Get in, work hard and hold property 10 years will make you.

It’s fair to say I’ve been a little absent After a socials break I’m coming back with a pledge to get back on track. Daily posting for one month to try to get the habit back. My algo is so out of whack I’m most likely invisible, but…… in the words of the Rock It doesn’t matter. See you daily
