My first win since my dad passed. I don’t like to talk about it much, but the last two months have been really tough. I’m missing my crew chief, my driver coach, my dad, the guy who I looked up to more anyone. I know he would be proud the way I ran the top (much better than him lol) to win my first Micro A-Main at Port City. We love and miss you so much dad.💚

They say seeing a cardinal is a visit from a lost loved one. My dad died 3 years ago and recently when we found out we might be parents a cardinal showed up outside my window in that exact moment. We've been doing IVF so it was a heavy moment. The kicker is, cardinals don't live in Colorado. So the odds of a visit are near zero and the odds of a visit in that exact moment are impossible. The point is, our loved ones aren't gone, they're just not here, and those visits are real if you choose to believe. Hang in there Brexton, it gets easier!
