John Finbarr Darcy, Filiberto Poblano Perez, & D’Arcy & Harty Construction, Inc. have been arraigned & each pleaded not guilty to all charges. Although charges have been filed, this remains an active investigation.

Mr. Walker and Mr. Green are scheduled to be arraigned on 10/14/26 in the Hall of Justice. Our office will move to have Mr. Walker detained pending trial w/o bail due to the public safety risk he poses. Although charges have been filed, this remains an active investigation.

As to the felony grand theft, the jury also found true the allegation that the 3 men worked in concert w/ one another. The next court date is 0/9 for a bench trial on the factor in aggravation related to the felony charges.
