The reason our group exists is because there is a lack of attention given to safe & accessible sidewalks & bike lanes across the city versus the overwhelming attention given to ensuring motorist accessibility. We do what we can to help in spite of the inequity in our city.
Seattleites can do our part to keep sidewalks, planting strips, and gutters clear where we live or own a business. This helps prevent the sidewalk from becoming slippery when it’s wet or freezing. Thank you to the many neighbors that pitch in and help.

It's hard work to recover our overgrown sidewalks and multi purpose trails, but it's also an extremely rewarding way to spend a few hours!
