People seem to forget that Hamas is an Islamic terrorist organization, and that Islamic terrorist organizations do not fight by the rules and consistently exploit civilian populations for their own gain, which includes martyring women and children so they can use their deaths as propaganda against both the US and Israel. The US designated Hamas as a foreign terrorist organization in 1997. It is important to understand Hamas's founding ideology. Its 1998 charter not only calls for, but anticipates Israel's complete and total destruction and Article 7 invokes fighting and killing all Jews as a main tenet. There is your "intent" to commit genocide, by their own words and publications. A 2019 study published by the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence examined Hamas's use of human shields and military activity in and around civilian infrastructure. It describes a two part calculation: Israeli restraint helps protect Hamas's military assets, and Israeli attacks that inadvertently kill civilians provide material that Hamas can exploit to generate international pressure against Israel. For Hamas, the battlefield and the propaganda campaigns are directly connected. Islamic terrorists love to use civilian suffering because it serves both military and political purposes for them. Israel, on the other hand, has used precautions intended to separate civilians from military targets in a manner that is, to put it bluntly, unheard of on the battlefield. No nation has ever tried as hard to protect civilian life on the battlefield, not even the US or any of its other allies. The IDF has documented evacuation leaflets, text messages, recorded warnings, and direct telephone calls to assets within the civilian populace in Gaza to save innocent civilian lives. These are actual doctrinal and publicly implemented measures. There are non affiliated civilians accounting of this as well. In a November 2023 report, a Gazan dentist Mahmoud Shaheen described Israeli callers coordinating evacuations with him before strikes on his neighborhood. The BBC corroborated aspects of his account through other residents, community messages, and satellite imagery. Israel's humanitarian coordination has also produced legitimate and measurable results. The WHO reported that agreed pauses helped health workers vaccinate approximately 560,000 children against polio in September of 2024. Why would Israel help vaccinate children if they simply wanted to genocide everyone in Gaza? It simply doesn't make sense. Oh, and guess what, Hamas has consistently interfered with humanitarian assistance and this is also well documented. In February of 2009, UNRWA reported that Hamas authorities had seized blankets, food parcels, and ten truckloads of flour and rice intended for civilians. In March of 2026, the US Treasury sanctioned four organizations it said used charitable activity as cover to support Hamas's military wing. So, my question to everyone consistently vilifying Israel is simple: Why do you believe lies from Hamas, an Islamic terrorist organization that rapes, tortures, kidnaps, and murders innocents on a daily basis, that are then propagated and spread by Globalists, Marxists, and Islamists over clear and easily understandable documented facts? It's so clearly an information operation by our enemies meant to hurt America, divide Americans, and create friction for America's allies. Wake up, people.
