Phil Lord says ‘SPIDER-MAN: BEYOND THE SPIDER-VERSE’ combines a 2D animation approach with a new camera pipeline: “The particular looks that we’re doing are really, really unique & they don’t follow rules of three-dimensional animation. They’re much more in a 2D multiplane kind of style. The camera work pipeline is completely new & a lot more akin to a live-action pipeline. So it’s a lot more handheld. There’s live-action operators that are part of it, like shooting things virtually. The camera work is outstanding.” (@MattBelloni)

Robert Pattinson praises Steven Soderbergh for helping Matt Reeves finish ‘THE BATMAN: PART 2’: “It’s incredibly generous of him – and he’s doing it in the loveliest way. It’s completely selfless. I think they’re in production already & I’m starting in a couple of days.” (gamesradar.com/entertainment…)
