I was just in San Diego for Labor Day weekend for 4 days and went to 2 games at Petco Park.
The ballpark is amazing! When I left to walk and get an Uber (behind home plate) and walked a few blocks it was
ZOMBIE LAND.
Walking towards the Trolley and towards skid row is an epic failure and an embarrassment to this fine city.
Yes, it’s that bad.
I spent time in Encinitas, Pt Loma and Del Mar and it was beautiful.
Most of the Gaslamp was fine.
The homeless problem in downtown San Diego is real. The freeway entrances were full of garbage and disgusting.
Clean up downtown.
It looked terrible in a few high profile locations.
