PSA: So the holidays are approaching, and what I've noticed is, the new-fangled way of stealing, scamming, theft, is by people buying things on places like Ebay. My suggestion (as it almost happened to my son w/a $300 Pokeman card on Ebay but he did the below before he shipped it): Take a picture of it laying on the packaging - take a picture of it packed w/the address to where it's going clearly visable - insure it up to the amount you are owed by the buyer - restrict to "must sign/signature required" - also, order tracking on it. It might be a little xtra, or a little more extra. People are claiming they never got it, THEN the buyer gets a full refund & KEEPS THE VALUABLE ITEM. While you are out. Period. BUPKIS. BUT...if you do the above, and the person claims they never got it, it is insured, you have pictures of it laying on the shipping box/envelope, picture of it addressed, it is insured....AND YOU WILL HAVE THEIR SIGNATURE THEY SIGNED FOR IT. Or not. I just see so many people getting ripped of, selling $2,000 items, $300-$400 trading cards, etc.
