In my frustration with the vast majority of adults (parents!) who have stood by and said nothing when they knew this was wrong, I have neglected to mention all the amazing women (mostly women, some men) and organizations who have been at this & fighting an uphill battle for a very long time. So many have lost so much for taking a stand for biological reality and women's rights.
I didn't mean to overlook your courage and toil. I'm just mad at the grown ass adults who watch what happened in Camas and still are too scared to stand up for girls.
Again. And again. It just keeps happening as you all know too well.

The cowardice from adults when they refuse to stand up for young girls both baffles and enrages me. I’ll never sit by and wait for someone else to go first. That attitude is why it took me two decades to recover from my time in gymnastics, despite all of my successes. Because adults refused to do the right thing.

O'Reilly Auto Parts, founded in Springfield, Missouri in 1957, announced on LinkedIn on August 18 that it is "building our next tech home in Bengaluru, India."
Here is the timeline.
April 2025: O'Reilly cut "less than 11%" of its IT staff. Its statement: "This was not an effort to cut the size of our team or reduce expenses."
May 2026: Remote US IT employees say they were told to move to Springfield by August 2027 or lose their jobs. An internal announcement posted by staff puts the number at about 400 and says an India office would open by Q4 2026.
August 14, 2026: O'Reilly posts a Director of HR for IT who "partners closely with leaders in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and India."
August 18, 2026: "Welcome to O'Reilly Auto Parts India."
O'Reilly does not need the savings.

EXCLUSIVE REPORT: $245,000 FOR A FOREIGN WORKER? Suffolk Construction’s H-1B Notice
A source working on a construction project in New Haven, Connecticut, has provided me with a photograph of a federal employment notice posted inside a field office belonging to Suffolk Construction Company, Inc.
According to the document, Suffolk Construction is seeking an H-1B foreign worker for a position titled “Site AI Engineer,” classified under Software Developers, with an annual salary ranging from $170,000 to $245,000. The proposed employment period runs from August 24, 2026, through August 23, 2029.
For those unfamiliar with the H-1B program, it allows American employers to hire qualified foreign workers for specialized occupations. Companies must submit a Labor Condition Application to the U.S. Department of Labor and meet certain wage and employment requirements.
We have American software developers struggling to find employment, including qualified individuals in Connecticut, yet this company is seeking authorization to employ a foreign worker for a position paying nearly a quarter of a million dollars annually.
At the bottom, the notice identifies Scott McCullough, “Director of People & Culture”. A corporate title that sounds like it came straight out of a DEI handbook.

A small university in Indiana keeps a second, separately registered federal record that almost nobody opens. On that record sit 9,123 graduate students, 98.3% of them foreign nationals. Trine University.
Trine paid roughly $16 million to a single recruiting agency that runs its offices out of Hyderabad and Warangal. The person that agency lists as its contact is the same person Trine's own press release calls its director of international graduate student recruitment.
None of those payments appear anywhere in eleven years of Trine's audited financial statements.

My @kroger pharmacist, who also appears to be an h1b, was charged with simple assault for withholding my blood thinner medication for 9 days, and trying to pick a fight with me while he was standing behind the pharmacy counter, calling me army boy, because I was wearing an army hat.
This is a licensed Medical Professional who knew that I should not get my heart rate up because of a blood clot and an embolism near my heart, yet he stood behind the Pharmacy Counter trying to get me to take a swing. Kroger is trying to cover this up like a mad dog.
Kroger's CEO even responded personally, yet NOTHING was done. Which tells you all you need to know about him as a "leader". He's not, hes a minion.
Kroger finally chose to Mark the situation as unresolved. After 7:00 attempts, they still refuse to provide information that is supposed to be public, and that is the pharmacist's name and license number. Yet they refused to provide that to me. They are covering up massive malpractice. They don't even care.
