If you’re lucky enough to never had mental illness touch your life in any way…come and learn something. Mental illness is real. These people are real. The stories you will hear are real and they are harrowing.
What Lindsay Clancy did to her children is unthinkable. Maybe you can’t look past what she did and feel she needs to be in prison, no matter what her state of mind was at the time. That is a normal response.
All we ask is allow yourself to listen and learn about the realities of mental illness and the system that is failing those that have and are experiencing. Maybe it changes your mind, maybe it doesn’t. Hopefully it will open your eyes…and most importantly we hope drives people to have the difficult and necessary discussions that are long, long overdue.

Baseball/softball, cricket (T20), flag football, lacrosse (sixes) and squash have been officially included as additional sports on the programme for the Olympic Games @LA28.
The decision has been taken by the 141st Session of the International Olympic Committee.

Fitting tribute to a special man. Tom Hayes did so much for the sport of lacrosse, at Rutgers, in the US and around the world. Above all he was a nice man who cared about people. He will be missed but leaves the world and the game a better place than he found it. RIP
