Should we start a new hashtag to help share #tech4wildlife fails or missteps (along the lines of #fieldworkfails)? Any inspiration for what to call it? #iccb2019 @SCBtechnology @Society4ConBio
There's been a lot of talk at #iccb2019 about how valuable sharing failure in #tech4wildlife is - and how we need to do it more. Whether it's while building tech or in how we use them in the field. Case studies is one way. But maybe a new hashtag like #fieldworkfails? Any ideas?

We’ll wrap up the main points from the session and mark key actions the group suggested as early next steps. We’ll share it with @SCBtechnology and in wildlabs.net, so we can open it up for ongoing discussion within the community. Stay tuned. #tech4wildlife #iccb2019

Social, satellite & patrol data show enforcement may be too predictable. @marianne_teoh of @FaunaFloraInt will be collaborating to add randomness in #mpa patrols @ICCB2019 #ICCB2019. Great example of data driven #conservation. Ping @IWTnet @TRAFFIC_WLTrade @meredithgore – at Kuala Lumpur City, Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory

@SCBtechnology sorry I couldn't attend the think tank but eager to chat at #iccb2019 about emerging technologies, like #GeneEditing, and the challenge to assure equity, inclusivity, transparency and being responsible researchers thinking about the impact of our technologies
