“Don’t tell me the glass is half-full or half-empty; you either have something in that glass or you don’t.” ― Tim S. Grover,

You gotta be hungry for it.  You’ve got to put everything you got into it.  You have to be the first one in line.  That’s how leaders are born.

If you wanted a soft serve, you should’ve gone to Dairy Queen. Not SCA Volleyball.

All Business 😈

The will to win is more important than the skill to win. It is possible to achieve only what you actively pursue.

"There's nothing worse than the feeling of wishing you had another chance at a play because you weren't ready. Every athlete has those feelings to mull over, and over and over ... Don't even expose yourself to the possibility to being caught off-guard." -- Karch Kiraly

Volleyball Love

This is the sixth and possibly the toughest quality of all...Be prepared to fail. The strange irony of the champion is that the champion must be able to live with failure as well as enjoy #success.

"You can't put a limit on anything. The more you dream, the farther you get." - Michael Phelps

Prepare for the moment.

Great players play with the tongue out...
