Today was a full day of meetings with SCAS: Daily Critical Review, Peer Reviews, our weekly Patient Safety Team meeting, and a 1:1 catch‑up.
We discussed numerous cases, each offering positive outcomes and important learning.

Our teams have worked hard throughout the day to surround the fire, and are now dampening down the area.
Our presence is set to be scaled down, with four fire engines to remain this evening.

Having extinguished the shrubland fire, crews are now beginning to leave the scene in Havant.
