2) the @SpecialtyCoffee board is made up of more elected (in some way) members than people think. 4 are elected via guilds, 4 more represent the advisory boards. Appears this is designed to ensure a path or comms for all members.

1) the DCP as a policy does not exist right now. The working group to finalise the logistics of this has yet to be concluded. Assured by SCA board member that declarations to defer will not include statements of gender identity or alignment.
