This attack would have been far worse if the attacks had more ICS experience. Get me on the network and I will own just about any system that does not have endpoint security appliances!

A LOT of water districts have moved to cellular networks for ICS endpoints across large geo areas from entities with limited budgets for advanced security controls!

I wonder if any of the cyber analysts have considered the targeted attack of the water districts in Minnesota were coordinated with the T-Mobile outage for 5G services during the same time frame?

ICSCSI / SCADAhacker Service Interruption First Winter storm of the year and all hell breaks loose. Lost power to the data center this morning but the UPS kept everything up. Then an outage with comms as Spectrum goes down. Should have services restored within the next 1-3 hrs.
