A terrific performance from Jade Ive means #SBH take full points in the women's pole vault. A final clearance of 4.25m is also a outdoor season's best. As always, it is great to see athletes thank officials at the end of a competition. #NAL

In other news, how about this for a tight finish? In the men's 400m B-string, Havering's Akeem Akintokun runs 50.20sec to edge Newham's Emmanuel Sosanya, who finishes in 2nd with 50.28sec. Still all to play for at this afternoon's @Nat_Ath_League match in Chelmsford.

Team manager Geoff Morphitis is deep in discussion with the Shaftesbury Barnet backroom staff. Most athletes, coaches, and team managers are wearing jumpers and jackets because there is a strong wind here in Chelmsford, and it is not at all warm. #NAL

Men's team manager Geoff Morphitis is also hard at work making sure the team is organised at today's #NAL. Work will soon begin on recruiting reluctant athletes for the 4x400m later on 😶‍🌫️
