A painful choroidal mass, treated with high-dose steroids showed slow recovery, but at 6 weeks the patient had disc pallor with decreased vision. The final diagnosis, according to Sruthi R. Arepalli, MD? Giant cell arteritis. #VBS #Retina @VitBuckleSoc
