My freshman roommate tried committing suicide in our dorm room by downing an entire bottle of Tylenol over girl problems. You never know who is suffering. Have heart to heart check-ins with your friends. Make sure they’re ok. You never know when someone needs #Mentalhealth help.

Got some good facetime with a dedicated group of alumni who will serve as the alumni advisory board for our #SigmaChi associate chapter at Iowa State. Our new chapter development committee tested a sustainable onboarding program and received great feedback from the participants!

Andy Numemaker helped our Tarleton (Kappa Xi) Chapter in the early days of its founding. This is well deserved!

Praying for the brotherhood of MSU @phidelt, whose chapter president, Brian Fraser, was one of the victims of the senseless shooting last night. Eternal rest grant until him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. @PhiDeltMSU

Our brother Jose Tovar (one of the best Sigs I know) created a small business and is selling these badass White Cross hats! Support a Sig this holiday season! simpatico.com
Barry was a big supporter of our Sigma Chi expansion into @UTSAIFC. He attended our @sigmachiutsa installation banquet and was wonderful to work with. The @UTSA community has lost a great asset, and he will be missed. My condolences to his family and friends.
I am saddened to learn of the passing of Barry McKinney, UTSA’s longtime Associate Dean of Students and Director of Student Activities. Barry loved UTSA and Roadrunner students. We often chatted before football games. He was truly genuine & nice. He will be missed. RIP.

I've been meeting, individually, with brothers of Theta Beta (Univ. South Florida), and although a brother had a lapse of judgement a few months ago, the chapter is full of high minded gentlemen. We take responsibility, learn from our mistakes, and grow. In Hoc, Theta Beta!

I'm happy I get to call him a brother, but I love that I can call Lee a true friend. My heart is happy whenever I see his name on caller ID. Happy Birthday, good sir!
Happy 70th birthday to 63rd Grand Consul, Order of Constantine Sig and Significant Sig Lee Beauchamp, TEXAS A&M-COLLEGE STATION 1975! Thank you for all your service to the Fraternity and your continued leadership!
This is all I’ll be able to see any time I zoom with @inScoggnito from now on.

This is the face of dementia. She has conversations with people who died 50 years ago, but is oblivious to the world around her. I find a little comfort that she remembers who I am when I visit. Thank all students and scientists working to find a cure. #Alzheimersawareness
Today, more than 6 million Americans live with Alzheimer's. Since 2014, Bobcats have been working to support those with dementia through #TXST’s masters of science in dementia and aging studies program. This #WorldAlzheimersDay, we reflect on how far we have come and have to go.

My cousin, a HS football coach, died of a heart attack at 36. You are important. You’re not invincible. Regardless of your age, get checked by a doctor at least once a year!
