A creative imagination is one of the most valuable tools. When you have the opportunity to use your gifts, what do you do? #GuyTalk #WeAreYMLA #YMLAstrong

We are grateful for meditation & the ability to share its fruits: peace; introspection; silence; the ability to grow concentration, empathy & responses from a calm place. We are grateful for inspiring people. For whom are you grateful? Who inspires you to do & be better?

Talent alone doesn’t get the job done; persistence is key. Have a dream, explore what you like & be consistent! People may reject you; acknowledge the hurt & keep moving. Get into the right groove of people & that energy will take you forward. #GuyTalk #WeAreYMLA #WednesdayWisdom

Choose to find the positive & your brain will automatically start searching. If you see something negative, turn it off, think positive. To be most successful, be true to yourself & follow your own path. Keep your sanity through meditation. Its power is phenomenal! #GuyTalk

Breathe in, “I can do all things...” Hold the positive in & let it penetrate your entire body. Exhale the negative. There is peace, knowledge, serenity, harmony, the force. #WeAreYMLA #YMLAstrong #StarWarsMeditation #DailyMeditation
