I've made concepts for 500+ thumbnails and analyzed over 1000s of others. To create a viral thumbnail, you have to master these 3 elements 1. Grab viewer's attention 2 Make the message clear and simple 3. Create a Curiosity Gap Here's how

I wonder why more channels don't do this: This thumbnail appeals to both demographics, the men AND women. If you can, there's absolutely no reason to try not to appeal to multiple types of audience that watches your channel.

COPY THIS TITLE FORMAT before everyone uses it.. If you're in a niche that's been done 1000 times this might be perfect for you it goes like this: + ( "no ") Example: "10 Apex Predator Tips in 5 min (no slide jumping bs)" The idea is you give an answer to a common objection of "I probably already heard this" or "there's nothing new here" You signal that your video contains something unique and novel that they don't know about. A thumbnail matching that idea helps

One of the biggest things I learned while travelling is that a lot of places (even EU) still lack developed infrastructure. Money is there for anyone willing to get their hands dirty. Those businesses are going to survive AI for way longer.

YouTube is testing a different layout for suggested videos. Much bigger size and visibility, and it completely broke all my extensions... Description and comments will now be on the right sidebar This is actually good news for all thumbnails, since before you had to optimize for smaller size visibility, now this is much less of a problem.

A lot of countries have so much undeveloped infrastructure. While everyone is tokenmaxxing, long-term money is made by creating physical businesses with real impact. Those aren't going to be replaced by AI the same way, because no one wants to do them and actually try

This is a mastermind in marketing While everyone is trying to ride the AI trend, they're riding the ANTI-AI trend They could've also made a wrapper around normal GPT, then added a markup to donate to offset the impact. Voila you're in the niche no one is because no one is serving that market
< Make a ChatGPT wrapper < Get Gen Z kids to pay $25 per month for a 6 month old model < Save water which helps polar bears?? < Make a bunch of money

"hey bro I found a niche" But in all seriousness, I wonder if the recent trend of authority-based titles like "X Doctor Explains Y" is due to the increased amount of slop on the platform. Of course authority was used before, but I can see a trend where this is going to be used more and more. Instead of swimming through sea of slop the audience would rather just find someone with trusted credentials.

People don't get that you'll end up spending 20 hours on making your generator good Meanwhile you could've just printed 100 good videos by now. People really be spending 20 hours to replace $20 subscriptions when their 20 hours could've been worth $20,000
hi @noahmorris whats the plan / future for @vidrush? to us, on the outside, it looks like your moat is gone. everyone can now create better quality videos with just their claude sub, at better quality aswell. whats going on behind the scenes? 👀

Want to be a YouTube Master? Understand this: Ask your gf (or any woman) not to wear makeup for one day, and you'll instantly see decades of brainwashing at play. That is the power of marketing

if ya'll curious how this is done: xitter.cf/Ryker_Strategy/status/…
FREE YT NICHE SAUCE: Here's a rough Claude prompt for how this channel is done, it is likely more detailed and will need some iteration but once you have it nailed it will work like a charm you might also need some manual input of what you think the mistakes/good moves where. Needless to say, use this creatively and find other ways to implement this idea THE PROMPT: "Take this scene from Better Call Saul and turn it into an interactive chess-style psychological battle between Jimmy and Chuck. Analyze the entire scene, including dialogue, body language, hidden intentions, manipulation tactics, and each character's strategic objectives. Treat the conversation like a chess game, where every meaningful statement or action is a move. Build a simulated chess.com-style analysis engine that evaluates each move and classifies it as Brilliant, Best, Great, Good, Inaccuracy, Mistake, or Blunder. For each significant move: Identify who made it (Jimmy or Chuck). Assign a move number and classification. Display a color-coded popup with a short title, explanation of the move, and its strategic consequences. For mistakes, suggest a better alternative move. Show a vertical advantage bar on the left, with Jimmy (white) and Chuck (black), dynamically adjusting as the psychological battle progresses. Display both characters' avatars, names, and their respective positions. For example, when Jimmy casually asks about the lights and exit signs, classify it as a Best Move, explaining how he's quietly establishing a foundation for his strategy without revealing his intentions. When Chuck confidently claims he would notice a particular inconsistency, classify it as a Mistake, explaining how he's just committed himself to a testable statement that Jimmy can exploit. Use green for excellent moves, orange for mistakes, and red for blunders, with large chess-style symbols such as ★, ?, and ??. Animation and sound design: Darken the original footage slightly whenever an analysis popup appears. Animate the white explanatory text appearing word by word, synchronized with realistic keyboard typing sound effects. Animate the colored evaluation icons popping onto the screen. Use smooth transitions between evaluations. Make the advantage bar change dynamically based on the estimated strategic advantage. Keep the original dialogue audible and synchronize each annotation with the exact relevant moment. Keep the analysis entertaining, strategically insightful, and visually similar to a chess.com game review. Editing and pacing: Introduce an analysis popup approximately every 10–20 seconds, or whenever a meaningful strategic move occurs. Use short, engaging explanations rather than lengthy essays. Ensure every popup adds genuine insight rather than simply summarizing the dialogue. Vary the timing and length of the annotations to maintain viewer retention. Use only the necessary excerpts from the original scene, cutting or condensing footage where possible while preserving the context needed to understand each move. Finally, render the complete edited video in 1080p, including all overlays, transitions, animations, sound effects, and synchronized dialogue. The final result should feel like watching a chess grandmaster analyze an intense psychological duel, except the chessboard is a conversation."

As a person who has made professional art for over 30 years, let me tell you some hilarious shit. - I remember when artists freaked the fuck out when photoshop and digitizers came out. Digital art was going to ruin jobs for artists. (It didnt) - I was there when artists freaked the fuck out when video games made the transition from 2D games to 3D games because making 3D art, was going to ruin "art" in video games and making 3D art wasn't "real" art. (It didnt ruin art and it is real art) **Literally knew people personally that quit making games because they hated the transition to 3D. The thing with "real" artists, is that artists adapt and make art, regardless of the medium and typically don't give two flying shits about what "other" artists are doing because you should be busy just being you and creating what your heart tells you. Be it on Canvas Digital 2D/3D Side of a building Macaroni Art Sculpting Music Dance Sports ... or whatever the NEW thing is that comes along every couple of years or so. If you create - you are an artist. Period. You do you, whatever that is and let your soul be happy. Its nobody else's business what that is. The cool thing about art in any form is that its subjective and if you dont like it - don't participate. There is lots of bad art. Lots of great art and everything inbetween. Don't like peas, don't eat peas. Easy. No one needs to hear about how much you hate peas. That's your problem.

Video A/B testing example #1: If you're an education channel OR your video is based around a topic/subject that you need the viewer to understand.. DO THIS: ------------------------- 1. find a spot in your video where you're explaining the core of the topic, this might be your intro, or middle of the video etc. For example education channels often use diagrams or graphs to explain a concept, animations or it could be just you talking to the camera. ------------------------- 2. Create 2 more versions of the diagram or explanation, try to simplify words or use different ways to explain the concept. Changes could be: - Visual clarity: make the diagram easier to see, improve visual clarity - Visual concept: re-do or re-write the diagram to explain it in a different way - Script: change what you say during that segment, try different order in which you explain it, or spend more or less time on certain parts of it - Voice over: try different pauses and intonations to highlight certain parts of it Whatever it is, it's very important that the viewer is not confused by your explanation while staying engaged, as it will impact the rest of the video in a direct way. i.e: You're explaining how nukes work --> I don't understand --> I get confused --> rest of the video is worse --> I click off ------------------------- 3. Test & Observe Observe how each change affected the video next 10 seconds, next 30 seconds, next 60 seconds, next 5 min and so on, this would depend on length of your video etc. Try to understand what specifically improved the retention ------------------------- 4. Verify This is potentially the most important step: Given the theory you established, repeat it in another video (including past videos) and confirm your theory, for example: - "When I use X type of analogies, viewers understand better" - "When I use an exaggerated example, viewers click off" - "When I use fictional examples, viewers don't believe it" - "When I reduce music during a complex subject, viewers pay attention more" there's countless things that could change and matter, and you might not even know the real reason, but it's still a good idea to try. Now you have this for every future video. ------------------------- 5. REPEAT This is where this feature could go on steroids: Once you've established a theory, you can implement it for future videos ( and potentially for past videos but that's uncertain right now) THEN, you repeat the process with all your previous videos: New theory, new test, new A/B test, new observations and so on The results stack more and more, and you obtain a library of deeper understanding of your viewers. Channels that execute this correctly will become unstopabble
One advanced way of using the new A/B video testing feature: 1. Make a single edit in one position, like a cut, a replaced segment/clip, graph explanation, different joke, etc. 2. Make a theory of what you think will happen to the retention graph 3. Observe how differences, then attempt to understand. You will be able to see if your retention graph will become more straight or will go down more. And how future retention graph positions change. There's so many different experiments you can do. Will be posting some ideas for everyone to try

I don't get this take, why is anything AI made = copy? Do you guys not have imagination?? When I close my eyes I can see many things, so many things. Now I can make them true. And I don't even necessarily need to "copy" someone else's work Genuinely the most exciting time to make things
I’m genuinely worried about what people consider “creativity” now. Call me a pessimist, but I really think we’re heading into an era of stagnation and cognitive decline Maybe AI gets good enough to replace all of that and it doesn’t matter, but I have a feeling there’s only so much you can achieve by pointing it at existing stuff, saying “make me something”, and then marveling at another creation that is basically a distilled version of someone else’s idea People say AI can genuinely discover and invent things, and I don’t disagree. A lot of discovery is extending and deriving from existing findings anyway, and I honestly don’t know where you draw the line around what counts as “real” innovation I’m not an anti-AI purist either, I use it extensively. I just still want to put my own work and creativity into the things I make. Watching people use it to mindlessly copy and imitate is infuriating to me. It feels counterproductive and insulting to everyone still trying to put some soul into their work despite the exhausting pace everything is moving at right now Hopefully there are still enough humans who decide that actually thinking, slowing down and understanding things once in a while is just good for you

The future generation of kids are going to be in love with this technology NO MORE will some boss tell you, you have to work kids will have UBI to live and AI to imagine. The better AI gets the more my inner child gets excited about all the ideas that I long ago buried due to the lack of time, resources, and other priorities. We're living in the most exciting times of all humanity, but also the most terifying.
Yesterday, my boys and I vibe coded a game together. They tell me what they want in their game and I prompt it into Opus 5.5 to build it. And of course they picked "Zelda Breath of the Wild" inspired game, where they can explore an open world, do dungeon puzzles, fight mini bosses and a final boss. The twist is that the hero holds a giant paintbrush as a weapon, each color had a different attack and effect (red = fire, blue = ice, yellow = bounce, green = vines). And oh they also wanted to fly on the paintbrush. We spent our whole saturday playing and iterating on the game. It was great fun. I told them, the future is all about Imagination, whatever they can imagine, it will be manifested in a digital experience. At the end of the day, the game had: - 2 biomes (1 island and a bunch of floating islands) - Paintbrush-based combat (4 colors representing different effects and mechanics) - 3 dungeons with puzzles - An undeground cave - Unlockable flying paintbrush when you activate 4 crystals around the island - 30+ enemies and elites - 1 giant boss As you can see in the gameplaye video below, its not the most polished video game but it's so satisfying to see my boys getting bewildered when whatever they asked for, the game is built before their eyes. Of all the games I have vibe coded so far, this was the most satisfying because my boys were actively co-creating it and playing it. This is definitely not the last game we're making together, they have already started brainstorming their next game, hint: "Peak with grappling hooks and TNTs." You can play the game here, works only on desktop: wildbrush.vercel.app/
