On a fire scene, the captain doesn't pull hose. The captain reads the whole building and makes the calls. Lieutenants run their sides of the house, and crews do the work.
I built my SI Bots the same way: one Captain bot for strategy, lieutenant bots for tactics, and worker bots for the tasks. It runs my small business while I'm home with my kids.
Now it's a free template with @bot
It starts by interviewing you, then builds your team.

A winning trade can make you feel skilled. But was it skill or luck?
In this clip, our guest shares his biggest mistake: believing he could make money in the markets without a strategy.
The conversation explores how early wins can build false confidence. You start chasing the same excitement, taking bigger risks, and putting more money on the line.
One question stands out: Are you following a plan, or chasing a feeling?
Watch the clip and share your thoughts.

Exactly
I’ve spent a few days thinking about the Tesla Roadster reveal and landed somewhere I haven’t seen much discussion. I’m neither a Tesla fanboy nor a Tesla hater. And I couldn’t care less whether what we saw technically qualifies as a flying car. Three takeaways: (1) The risk of that live demonstration going horribly wrong was real. Almost no CEO would willingly expose their company to that kind of public humiliation for a product with so little financial upside. Elon did. (2) That willingness to attempt the seemingly impossible is what makes Tesla special. It’s also arguably Elon’s greatest contribution to America. He’s helped bring back something we’ve lost. The American spirit of chasing big scary ideas that most people think are impossible. That mindset is spreading across a new generation of founders and its long term impact on America’s future could dwarf anything Tesla ever sells. I think this is deeply underappreciated. (3) Can we just acknowledge how insanely cool that moment was? We’ve reached a strange place culturally where even extraordinary feats of human ingenuity immediately become arguments about why they don’t count. Not everything needs to be a debate. Sometimes we should just be able to stand back together and marvel at what humans are capable of. I’ve been both bullish and critical of Tesla’s ambitions over the years. But watching Elon and his team push the boundaries of what’s possible reminds me why I’m glad we have him. Whether the Roadster ever makes Tesla a dollar or impacts $TSLA stock price is almost beside the point. We need more people willing to risk failure in pursuit of things the rest of us think are impossible. Because when they succeed we all win.
He made money. He felt unstoppable. Then he lost everything.
In this clip, our guest shares a difficult lesson from his early trading days: he had confused luck with skill.
A few profitable months gave him confidence, but he was trading without a system. Looking back, he says those wins hid the weakness in his approach.
His story raises a useful question:
Can you explain why your trade worked, or are you judging it only by the profit?

Western liberals imported the third world into France and other countries in the name of diversity and compassion. They ignored fundamental questions of assimilation and compatibility. They were told it would lead to this and they didn't listen.
I pray that France, a beautiful country of amazing people, will stop this madness before more of its landmarks burn.
And I hope Americans are paying attention. This is the future congressional Democrats seek for your country.

After a losing trade, the urge to win it back can be strong.
But is the next trade part of your plan, or a reaction to the loss?
In this clip, our guest explains his approach: risk first, trade second.
He describes why he considers what could go wrong before entering a trade. His goal is to prepare for a possible loss and keep the next decision tied to his trading system.
The question he brings to every trade: what happens if I’m wrong?

Twenty years in the fire service taught me that chaos comes from too many people giving orders.
So I built my bots the same way: one captain, a few lieutenants, and task bots that report up.
I talk to one bot and it runs the rest.
Fireground Captain is free to try on @bot

Most AI bots start building the second you hit enter. Mine starts by asking questions: what you're building, who it's for, your deadline, and how hands-off you want to be. Then it plays the plan back and builds nothing until you say yes. That's how a good captain runs a fireground. @bot

Before asking how much you could make, ask how much you could lose.
In this clip, our guest shares how his team decides how much leverage to use on a crypto trade.
He uses a poker example to explain his approach: assess the setup, decide how much to risk, and know when to sit out.
The discussion connects leverage with position size and the money at risk. It also highlights the patience needed to pass on a trade.
What helps you decide when an opportunity is worth the risk?

Twenty years in the fire service taught me this:
The captain runs strategy, lieutenants handle tactics, and the crews do the work.
I built that same structure into a Grok @bot template, so you get a lean team chart for whatever you're running without inventing the org chart yourself.

So refreshing to have our top leadership in America be such bad ass men. 🇺🇸
This morning, I hit the mats with the D.C. National Guard’s Modern Combatives Program and @USCG for Brazilian jiu-jitsu training.
Their core focus is to build combat readiness, sharpen judgment under pressure, and strengthen the warrior ethos.
It was an honor to train alongside these men and women. Thank you for keeping D.C. and the Homeland safe.

On a fire scene the captain doesn't pull hose. They size up the scene, set the plan and assign the crews.
I built a Grok @bot that runs your side project the same way.
Fireground Captain interviews you first, then lays out a small team of lieutenants and workers and doesn't build anything until you say go.
Twenty years in the fire service, and it turns out the org chart works for bots too.
