In terms of the TE spot? I’ll go with TCU’s Kari Ashley. Has flashed big time potential in the pass game

The RB spot and which player I think is a real secret in terms of the 2027 NFL Draft you ask? I’m a big fan of USF’s DJ Crowther. Long speed the only ? Fantastic play strength, contact balance, COD, plus hands out of the backfield. Master at gaining hidden yardage

The best ending to a 30 for 30: the 1985 Bears. When players are asked if they would have to do it all over again even with the aches and pains that follow, they would in a blink.
With a Buddy Ryan letter, Mike Ditka love and respect, and Moneyball music (The Mighty Rio Grande).

In terms of the QB position, my answer to this question would be Tarleton State’s Kaden Anderson. Big fan of his game. I think he has plenty of arm talent, ties his feet with his eyes really well, plus pocket movement, I’m a big fan
For my money, the biggest secret in the draft as it stands today in early October is Oklahoma State WR Justin Bowick. Circuitous route up until this point, but he really looks like the lightbulb has finally come on and he’s found his groove. Big time talent

Here are the three most recent NFL teams that failed to score more than 13 points in any of their first four games:
-- 2026 Dolphins
-- 2019 Dolphins
-- 2004 Dolphins

That low center-of-gravity reminds me so much of Wes Welker, who is one of the more underrated players in terms of helping advance football to what it is we see today. Efton Chism is one of those ‘pound for pound’ type players from each draft. Tightly wound up alarm clock

Have mentioned Darius Cooper of Tarleton State a few times now. He couldn’t fully complete this grab, but you can get a real sense for the type of body control/ability he has to high point the ball here. Crazy full extension attempt. Very similar to Javon Baker from last cycle

For those wanting a true NFL Draft sleeper who does in fact play today, Tarleton State’s Darius Cooper is a WR I’d put my name on no questions asked. They play today at 3:30 on ESPN2 against McNeese State

Darius Cooper played as advertised yesterday. Any team that has $$$ in their QB or WR rooms should be really looking closely at this guy. You MUST find skill talent whose production far exceeds cost/draft slot and Cooper will vastly outperform both and help get ROI in a big way
