#CLM input requested! TOO MANY doc generation/form builders rely on Agreement Templates to drive alternative language.. Instead of querying a table/clause library! What tools are YOU aware of that pull data from databases? Hint: Most CLMs do not, sadly

The problem with #contracts is that they’re written with human language nuance, in unlimited variable formats, and are powerless—outside of lengthy/expensive external effort—to enforce the many confusing rights/obligations held within the static documents that hold them
