I have a coffee recipe app (its due a major upgrade) that I largely built for myself but did reasonable numbers on the App Store. I've created a new version of the commercial for it with each new video model. Veo 3 blew me away. Not perfect yet but VERY close. Voice over is @elevenlabs TTS. See my profile for earlier versions.

I get getting a banner in Claude claiming I'm approaching my weekly limit - I'm not its about 35% - mostly to push this new pop up. Hope its not a shift away from subscription usage.

Eventually no humans will speak on the phone. You'll have personal voice agents handling your own calls powered by Apple, Google and Samsung. Then if a business agent calls it'll be picked up by your personal agent which will determine whether its spam, official or useful.
A growing share of calls to businesses aren’t from humans. They’re AI agents acting on behalf of individuals, other companies, and sometimes bad actors. To help businesses respond, we’re releasing synthetic voice detection in ElevenAgents, and joining the emerging Personal Agent Protocol working group to define how agents interact.

Society built the greatest computer to answer the questions of life the universe and everything - and instead of philosophers arguing over its questions, it’s the mathematicians.
"Mathematicians did not ask for this work to be done" this has to be the most entitled, self-centered, gate-keeping statement ever made we now need this person's permission to work on a math problem?

Having spent time using Opus. 5.5 and ChatGPT6 Astra. Opus 5.5 Is one of the best creative writing models I’ve seen so far. But I think Astra is a better overall model.

Please welcome GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna to the GPT-6 universe. GPT-6 Sol and Luna build on the advances behind GPT-6 Astra, bringing much of its strengths into faster and more affordable models to support work at scale. We’ve also made caching and inference more efficient, and we’re passing the savings directly to you: 50% lower API prices for Sol and Luna compared with GPT‑5.6 promotional pricing.

Introducing Claude Opus 5.5, the first model in our new Claude 5.5 family. It performs at the level of Claude Fable 5.1 for most tasks, and costs 40% less to run than Opus 5.

You can usually tell a new Claude model is on the way because Opus starts responding like Sonnet. Less considered responses, mistakes it wouldn't normally make and its doing that now.

The big advantage for me of Cowork and Chat being in a single Claude session is around compression. You lose context every time it compresses but you can setup a custom instruction to save to a project file ever X messages or every key event. Then if it compresses - no issue.

Genuinely feels like the major labs have crossed the self learning and training threshold properly - models will become exponentially smarter and in ways humans can’t understand.
There are two ways AI progress could go very badly and that we must avoid. First, we could lose control of the future to AI. This is unacceptable; we are unapologetically on Team Humanity, and AI must always serve people. To ensure that, we need ways to ensure that alignment and safety techniques stay ahead of progress in model capabilities. Second, we could end up in a world with too much concentration of power. If an extraordinarily powerful AI is used by one person or company to impress their worldview onto everyone else, the results could be extremely dystopian. Avoiding these two threats requires walking a narrow middle path; for example, one country could gain too much power. Another example is one lab ending up with too much power.

I'm genuinely impressed with @suno v6. Still experimenting with it but it gives a lot more control. This was built from a piano piece I created in garageband and imported as an mp3 then covered with Suno to add other instruments. suno.com/s/y2JamGGTD9uNVBF2

Images 2.5 is here. I don't think it can solve super difficult math problems, but it is really good and we hope you enjoy it. openai.com/index/introducing…

My son is trying to open a bank account for his student finance and because he doesn’t have a passport or driving license nowhere will open one for him. My wife and I bank with @monzo and they also require photo ID. He has birth certificate and a citizen card. Some high street banks would do it if one or more parents banked there. But that doesn’t help.

I’ve been working in SEO for a while now and most of my time is spent combatting the terribly low CTR from AI search results. Instead of pulling from AI results, my focus has been on improving the content to provide what isn’t available or isn’t doable via the AI.
