Ok so @sainsburys apparently don’t have a complaints procedure..just feedback. 24 hours I waited for my food shop to arrive, didn’t turn up and no correspondance. Their service is shocking. Sadly I was gifted a voucher for them from a friend so had no choice but to shop there

Hi @sainsburys I was expecting an online order to arrive between 8am and 9am this morning… I called customer services who couldn’t get through to the store. I was told they would email but I have had no correspondence in 6 hours….whats happening?

Hi @TfL why am I unable to request a refund for this journey? I waited at Embankment Pier, tapped in and then was told the boat was too full and couldn’t get on. The staff were hopeless and now I’ve been charged nearly £20 and am unable to request a refund?!!
