For fun went through all 30 #NBA teams and made an All-Time 1st, 2nd & 3rd team for each team. It was pretty enjoyable. Will post them in comments one by one.

Has it really been the right choice to not pitch Tatsuya Imai unless the game is out of hand therefore playing a man short in the bullpen ? 2.91 ERA over his last 21.2 innings In August he allowed just a .156 batting average & .438 OPS. In September just a .143 avg & .548 OPS

Really bad time for AJ Blubaugh to start sucking 13.50 ERA over his last 7 games 4.67 ERA over his last 15 games

Mauricio Dubon- .273/.319/.394 (.714 OPS/96 OPS+) Nick Allen- .279/.327/.382 (.709 OPS/102 OPS+)
Should the Astros have traded Dubon?

Dude. I pitched in this same league 25 years ago. I threw “fuzz” back in the day as a closer. I was sitting 93-95. Maybe touched a few 97’s. Most of the guys on our staff would touch 90-92…many sat 87-89. Far cry from the velo of today. Regardless if it’s Hawkeye or a Stalker Pro measuring the velo. Can’t deny training has taken a quantum leap over the past 15 years. It’s ok to admit players are more skilled in terms of “stuff” than they were back when I played. Just like pitching was better in the 90’s than it was in the 60’s, etc, etc.

Giants fans- What’s up with Reggie Crawford? He returned to the field- as a hitter- at the FCL level on June 12th but only played in 5 games (hit .357 w/ 1.042 OPS) last on July 3rd I can’t find any info on another injury so why not let him hit for now & promote accordingly ?

I cannot understand sitting Yainer Diaz today He’s red hot. Has been the best hitter on the team not named Yordan for some time now..

Well this is a bummer Harris hit .226/.286/.290 (.576 OPS/64 OPS+) in 11 games with the Astros then was sent on his way, DFA’d
Dustin Harris since joining the Padres .326/.362/.419 12.5 K% Passes the eye test dude can hit. Simple setup and compact swing allows for excellent bat control.

Isaac Paredes’ last 30 games: .292 avg .406 on base % .897 OPS 23 RBI 13 strikeouts/18 walks
Isaac Paredes feels like he’s become such an overlooked player since he got to Houston He’s been a truly great hitter over the last 3 years outside of the weird stint in Chicago

Lost here is the pretty darn good frame by Yainer Diaz
This is one of the worst calls you’ll see. Thankfully, the ABS system is here.

Nick Allen having his best hitting season (by far) with a .278 batting average & .683 OPS Perfectly acceptable numbers for a backup infielder Prior to this season his career highs were a .221 avg & .550 OPS. Has upped his BA by 57 points ❗️ & OPS by 133 ‼️
