I am honored to announce the publication of my poem 'I Was Only A Little Sad When You Died,' in the July/August issue of @EclecticaMag. On its surface, this poem may be seen as a hit piece about my late mother, but it is really about the difficulty we both had accepting one another and how, unable to reach a peaceful conclusion, we both ended up alone. You may not feel that way on a ladder! But, thank you. I have three trees, but one in particular is my pride. It was planted by my parents, and I had it in mind when I wrote this poem, recently published in @SilkRoadReview.
