What an outstanding performance from @Wrexham_AFC ⚽🏴
Already have a soft spot for the club, but the character displayed in that game was magnificent. 120 mins plus about 20 in stoppage time 👏
40 mins with 10 men & still playing some nice football. Fine margains proved costly
Coaches, what balance of content/structure do you use in your sessions?
How do you mix:
• Isolated technical work
• Targeted skills
• Possession
• Functional practices
• Phase of play
• Game/SSG
Would love to hear what you lean toward most & why
