@OndoFinance is a tokenization platform offering Tokenized Stocks, RWA, Global Markets.
It caters mainly to institutions such as @BlackRock, @FTDA_US, @GoldmanSachs, and more, "Bringing Wall Street to the world".
The problem is that these players will never come onchain as long as we operate a fully public ledger, it's just too exposed and risky for them.
This is what @OndoFinance would unlock if it integrated privacy into it's offerings and how it would look like, a new series of case studies.

Today Ondo filed with the SEC to show that public blockchain infrastructure and serious securities regulation can be designed to be compatible.
The reason for the filing is practical. Ondo is asking the SEC to confirm it can proceed with a specific model for adding a targeted onchain layer to Ondo Global Markets, without changing the existing legal framework and customer protections:
1. Cleaner collateral monitoring for OGM products
2. More efficient creation-and-redemption workflows
3. Simpler reconciliation across the OGM product stack
Each of these improvements is possible because the underlying structure stays intact. Public blockchain rails and serious securities regulation can be, and are being, designed to work together.
Ondo looks forward to a thoughtful review of this filing as part of the broader conversation about how public blockchain infrastructure fits into regulated markets.

Just won the @RaylsLabs Hackathon at Cannes, 1st place ($10,000) with @tomm7y
We built Arcana, a RWA protocol bringing yield bearing assets onchain.
Real-world invoices are tokenized as ERC-1155 and processed on a private chain, where an AI agent scores them and computes NAV.
A ZK attestation is then pushed to the public chain, so investors can verify risk without ever seeing the underlying data.
Capital flows into compliant ERC-7540 vaults on the public chain, with most allocated to yield and a small portion reserved at the protocol level for insurance via @Corkprotocol.
