I never expected anything else from @BarclaysUK I sent in my complaint letter on 4 Nov. It was received & signed for on 5 Nov. I have not even had any acknowledgement despite the Barclays website stating that you will aim to make contact within 24 hours. It's been 504 hours!!!
Barclays Bank prevented me from getting third party access to my mums bank account to arrange end of life care and she died without getting the care she so desperately needed😥Are there any #journalists out there that are interested in this story? Shame on @BarclaysUK
I decided to phone @BarclaysUK this evening and wasted another half an hour of my life on the phone to someone who couldn't help me and said "I only work in customer services." Well you could have fooled me. Customer services. Do you know how that works? Utterly unbelievable
