I feel bad for the fans that I ever signed such a deal with Earthworm Jim from the very beginning, but if I didn't sign that deal there was a chance he never would have been made in the first place. So from the very beginning of EWJ, he was about leaning into creativity and giving away rights over protectionism and hoarding him to myself. But nowadays, I could easily make another authentic EWJ game on Steam or Gameboy Color (@PalmerLuckey !) but the ownership rights are going to be a problem. You can't get an authentic EWJ game unless I make it and I won't make it without owning the rights. Right now, my plan is to make enough money doing MAGA Youtube videos to be able to buy the character back. I've had to go to other projects and gotten pretty close. It only gets easier to make an indie game so I just need to wait until the character is worth so little I can buy it for a song, then it's go time.

That Bad Island book on the left is going to make a great Ai movie!!
Old colourist work for @DougTenNapel - man it was fun. Challenging. I don't do much colourist work atm since completing Earthboy Jacobus colours a while back. Drew back into trying to pursue my other skills. I don't even know how many pages I coloured over the years. It's crazy thinking about all the stuff people will probably never see If they haven't read these things. Doug is pretty amazing with his work ethic.

I'm a speaker at this event. These are all friends. Anyone who says they have any kind of hatred in them is a liar, particularly Matt Taylor. The media is trying to use boogie-man words to describe it and ANTIFA is supposed to show up to protest on Saturday which will provide all of the humor I need for the year.
A Christian Nationalist conference is getting pushback from angry residents in Franklin County. The conference is called Fight Laugh Feast and is to set discuss what organizers call their “Christian Crusade Holy War.” The event set for Oct. 1-3. wkrn.com/news/local-news/fac…

I got my 116 Azuki Apes back. Not thanks to anyone else—thanks to our smart contract and the @AzukiApe team. The hacker got away with 116 of my Apes, but he didn’t know how well our contract was written. The Apes he stole from me, and from anyone else in our community, have now been burned. They’re worth nothing. Why did he do it? We don’t know. Now he wants to negotiate a deal with @0xQuit Maybe he wants money, or maybe he wanted to show the space how shitty and lazily written some smart contracts are. Whatever his intentions were, our project was well prepared for it. Just know that this was something that affected many and not a mistake made by the holder. This is something that we can't simply do just because you connected your wallet to a bad website that is on you and we CANNOT give you back your NFTs but because this was a mistake done by @MagicEden we can take action.
Good morning Web3 As you all know by now, many people across the NFT community were affected by the recent @MagicEden exploit. If you hold @AzukiApe and were affected by this, please feel free to come forward and provide us with the ETH address where you were holding your Azuki Apes. This is specifically for anyone whose Azuki Apes were stolen by the hacker through the Magic Eden exploit. If this happened to you, please come forward and reach out to us through our official Discord or Telegram. The vulnerability existed in Limit Break's Payment Processor V2 contract. A.I is good for many things. Unfortunately, it has also become an extremely powerful tool for hackers to find vulnerabilities in shitty, garbage, badly written, copy-and-paste smart contracts. Some people like @0xQuit have stepped forward and helped with this problem, and we are all truly grateful to have people like that around in this space. But let's be realistic: do you really think Magic Eden or any marketplace is always going to be able to give you back what you lost? Once something is stolen on-chain, what you lost may simply be gone—even if you didn't connect your wallet to some random website or knowingly approve something malicious. This is exactly why Azuki Apes thought about these situations when we created our smart contract three years ago. Our smart contract was written specifically for Azuki Apes. It wasn't simply another copy-and-paste NFT contract thrown together and deployed. Time and effort went into building it because even three years ago, we understood where technology was heading and how powerful AI would eventually become. Unfortunately, AI is extremely good at finding vulnerabilities in badly written code. The Azuki Apes smart contract includes a burn mechanism for situations where action against compromised NFTs may become necessary. If an attack like this affects our holders, and after everything is properly verified on-chain, we have mechanisms in the contract that can potentially allow us to burn the affected NFTs and mint those NFTs again with the same token numbers and traits back to their legitimate holders. Yes, this takes time. Yes, it costs gas money to burn affected NFTs and mint them back. And yes, every single case has to be properly verified before anything is done. Three years ago, we knew something like this was eventually going to happen—and now we are watching it happen across Web3. Cold wallets are being attacked. Exchanges are being hacked. Smart contracts are being exploited. NFTs are being stolen. We thought about these possibilities when we created the Azuki Apes smart contract. Because when you buy an Azuki Ape, you aren't only buying an NFT. You're also buying into an experienced team, security, preparation, and a team that actually gives a shit about its holders. If your Azuki Apes were stolen specifically because of this exploit, come forward and contact us through Discord or Telegram with the ETH address that held your Apes. We will look into it. APE TOGETHER. 🦍

Thank you so much @EyeMatty. This may not seem like a large amount to some but for this disabled veteran trying to make it on $550 a month it will go along way.
Luckily my @eyeversed community was not hugely impacted by “The Great Exploit of 2026” But the few that did reach out The SlagLord will make them whole @ThrowdownNFTS - @violettazironi NFTs replaced @RustyOremus - eth returned @brownbear2929 - eth returned Check your wallets and BRACE shout out to one of the realest and most stand up guys in the space @0xQuit xquit
