What if your waiter placed your dinner with this hand? It's been washed a many a times, yet, you don't know it. We must learn to let go, to accept, to reach the point of, it's alright. Everything is perfectly fine. Those parts of the world that can't do this. They don't get it.

Finally, got my hands on this book. The Book of Joy. After, a lengthy conversation with a naturalist, she said. So, what we let go as young children. You held on to it. Well, I held on to it till my forties. What was she talking about? A young child is without likes or dislikes.

How much data are you uploading into your brain that isn't going to do squat for you? How many hours of wasteful, pointless conversations, conversations that will not be of any benefit in helping you to get the life you want? So, much data is affecting your state of joy!

I would rather be alone, than, be around people who all they want to do is talk down about other people. Or talk down about their past. Or talk down about about someone else's past. Why does my future look bright and promising? Because, joy is a byproduct of fulfillment!
