Today, our delegation is returning home after meeting with several foreign leaders, including President Zelensky in Ukraine. After years of war and atrocities unleashed by Putin, the Ukrainian people remain dedicated to the defense of their homeland.
Their cause is one that impacts every free nation, and their ability to innovate rapidly on the battlefield is inspiring. We will carry these insights back to Washington as we continue working toward an enduring, just peace.

Declare an economic emergency.
Suspend the fuel tax on gasoline and diesel fuel.
Allow off-road diesel for our farmers and loggers.
Call the Legislature in Special Session to approve relief and special provisions.
Provide for whatever temporary relief we can muster to help our people get through these crushing fuel prices.
This is breaking the backbone of Mississippi’s economy. Our farmers, loggers and working people cannot endure much more of this.
The Governors of Louisiana, Alabama, Texas, Georgia - all of them have acted.
It’s time for Mississippi to act.

I vaguely remember a presidential candidate just a couple of years ago saying no new war or maybe that’s the new Mandela effect.
I regret my vote! I have never been so deceived before. This is 3 days apart in the same town. I don’t think I’ll vote again. They care more about other countries than our own. It’s time for a revolution!

BREAKING: US diesel crack spread, the gap between diesel and crude oil, has just hit a record $111 a barrel against Brent for the first time in history, clearing the 2022 record set after Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
Diesel is now trading at roughly $220 a barrel, more than double the price of crude oil itself, against a 25-year average margin of about $17.

Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico just had the hottest summer their states have ever measured. Texas, Florida and California, top 4.
1936 had eight states at #1. It also had six states cooler than normal. This summer had four at #1 and not one cool state.

I remember where I was on that day, and years after the fact finding out that our government along with other governments funded and continue to fund terrorists and terror organizations. Shame on the US government for facilitating the killing of our own people.
