Ke'andre Jolly was 4 years old.
His crime?
He put his shoes on the wrong feet.
His cousin, Montrell Jolly, 33 at the time, made him do wall sits as "discipline."
The little boy needed to go to the bathroom and Jolly got angry he sat down to pee instead of standing up "like a regular boy."
More wall sits.
The little boy collapsed.
Jolly put him under a cold shower.
About 20 minutes passed before anyone called 911.
Ke'andre died 4 days later at Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis.
Blunt force head injuries.
Internal and external body injuries.
This happened in Lafayette, Indiana.
Jolly already had 3 felonies on his record.
He was on probation for meth when he hurt that baby.
3 felonies.
Still on the street.
Still around children.
A jury convicted him in 2025:
* Murder
* Neglect of a dependent resulting in catastrophic injury
* Aggravated battery
* Battery resluting in death to a person less than 14 years old
Last Friday, Jolly, now 36, got 55 years.
It will never be enough.
